Vinay Bansal

Born in 1980, Vinay is a graduate of Science (Electronics) from Kurukshetra University (India). He holds an advance Diploma in Graphic/ Web Development - from COMBIT (DELHI). Highly motivated and versatile Team Leader with 8 years of experience in Web/ Internet Technologies including Web Project management, Web/multimedia design, Print graphic design, 2D animation, and web/ desktop application content development. An accomplished IT management professional with extensive background in Internet Architecture, Portals, B2B, and CMS environments. Proven ability to manage vivid web based programs. Experienced in leading from conceptualization and requirements determination to final testing and implementation.

Umesh Yadav

Umesh’s technical background adds an essential expertise to our client engagement team. His work ethic and dedication to clients enhances our entire company!

He became a member of the Dreamdax Client Engagement Team as Technical Engagement Manager in August of 2009. His coworkers describe him as extremely professional and very light-hearted, breathing fresh air into a very technical position.

Abhishek Tarafdar

Bachelor of Engineering followed by PGDIPML & PGDBA from IIT kharagpur and many years of IT experience; Abhishek holds the responsibilities of implementation of production procedures that effect swift execution of projects, by specifically laying down the amount of work to be achieved by each team member / man-hour, which helped meeting project deadlines.

Abhishek ensured effective communication between the clients and the team. Currently he is maintaining project development process and management/ operations of all in-house projects and delivering estimates and analysis for development/ modifications of prospective and ongoing development/ applications.

Rajib Kumar Dey

Born and brought up in Kolkata, Rajib has completed his graduation from Calcutta University. He has completed his diploma in Graphic/ Web Development from Star Multimedia. With over 6 years of experience in Web/ Internet Technologies, he has proven himself as a versatile & creative web designer with the latest trends in Web Industry.

Very well experienced with Open Source Technology, Rajib is working on design integrations for Word Press, Joomla, and Magento and so on…

Maintaining smooth procedures and delivering on time are his key strong points. He holds the responsibilities of project management of all creative design projects i.e. from Conceptualization to development to final delivery of the projects.

Chandra Mohan Ghosh

CMG holds an MCA degree from Sikkim Manipal University. He has a versatile experience of over 7 years in IT industry including Web Programming, Designing, and Computer Hardware & Networking.

Since last couple of years, CMG is working on Open Source Technology Projects specially Word Press. He have been creating custom plug-ins, themes for our clients as it has become his main functional area in recent times. He is one of our senior Team Leaders and well skilled PHP programmers, taking care of all PHP/ MySQL requirements of our clients.
